Initial Consultation
A brief phone or video call to meet and discuss the presenting concerns bringing you to therapy. The therapist will explain their approach to therapy and will answer any questions about the therapy process.

Individual Teletherapy
These sessions will be spent developing a plan for treatment and helping you work toward your unique therapy goals using a variety of therapy approaches.
55 mins | $125
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing
These sessions will aid in developing emotion regulation skills, processing past trauma, and relieving negative belief systems by utilizing EMDR protocols.
55-75 mins | $125-$150
